Dear Guest or Travel Agent a credit card is required to reserve at the CHOSA. All reservations must be guaranteed using a credit card or by deposit to a Paypal account. Once we have confirmed your reservation Chosa Land Co. will send an electronic invoice which you can then pay online. Please note that the authorized email address for communicating about your reservation is reservations@manglares.com
Failure to make "payments" or "confirmations of payments" in a timely manner could result in a canceled reservation.
Cancellation Fees:
A cancelled reservation prior to 60 days will incur a charge equal to 1 nights accommodation and an administration charge of $50.00 USD.
A cancelled reservation for a stay of more than 2 nights, between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to 2 nights accommodation and a $50.00 USD admin fee.
A cancelled reservation for a stay of more than 3 nights, between 29 days and day of arrival will incur a charge equal to 3 nights accommodation and an admin fee of $50.00 USD.
If you cancel your reservation we will offer you a non-transferable credit for the value of your reservation less one day and the admin fee of $50.00. This can be used for room payment by the same person anytime during the same calendar year as the original reservation. This offer is not applicable to travel agency reservations.
